Black Tooth won the first round of 'slag om de Wetering' and proceeded to the finals. Although Black Tooth came in second in the finals, Black Tooth was invited to play on Bevrijdingsfestival Houten on May 5th. Black Tooth plays at 15:40, so be there!

Black Tooth started recording their new CD. The CD will contain some of the older songs, such as 'Been a long time' and 'Loaded', and the new song 'Troublemaker'. The CD will be recorded by Constantijn and we hope to release it before 2010.

Black Tooth played a great gig in the EKKO, although they couldn't even finish their entire set. They became 2nd, which is enough to make it to the Finals in Tivoli de Helling.

Both the Boothill gig and the Next Stage gig were a great succes. At the Next Stage gig in the Azotod, Black Tooth got enough votes to make it to the semi-finals on the 9th of May in the EKKO, Utrecht. You can buy your tickets now! NEW GIGS: Saturday the 14th of March Black Tooth will play in the Boothill Saloon Utrecht. On saturday the 28th of March Black Tooth will play in the Chipolata in Houten.

Black Tooth's show in Nieuwegein last friday was a great succes. Black Tooth was the final act of the evening and rocked like hell! Saturday the 31st of January, Black Tooth will play in Yumbo, Bunnik. Make sure you are there!

BIOGRAPHY

Black Tooth, a Dutch rock band, is back! Black Tooth plays modern hard rock, inspired by the great rock bands from the seventies.

Black Tooth was founded in 2006, by Pascal Nak and Bas van den Berg. In 2007 Black Tooth kicked off with several gigs in The Netherlands and Belgium. In Belgium, Black Tooth played in gigs like Den Drempel, Antwerp and Frontline, Gent. In The Netherlands they played in gigs like dB’s (with Mother Superior, USA), the B-Pop festival in Bilthoven and Geinbeat festival in Nieuwegein.

Having played over twenty gigs in less than half a year, guitarist Bas van de Berg and drummer Danny Schoofs decided to put all their effort in other bands, so they left Black Tooth.

After several changes in the Black Tooth formation, Ivo Kropmans joined Black Tooth in the fall of 2008. In 2009 Martijn Rietveld joined the band. They were the right musicians at the right time! The current formation is as follows: Martijn Rietveld(lead guitar), Pascal Nak (rhythm guitar/vocals), Ivo Kropmans (drums) en Daniël Nak (bass/backing vocals)

In 2010 a new CD will be released.
